How long is the processing time of my order?Production can last for at least a week, depending on the capacity of your requirements and our workload at the time of your orders. Generally, we have readily available stock for storage tanks with capacity of 525 gallons (2,000 liters) and below.

Can I make changes to my order once it’s been placed?For made-to-order tanks, they cannot be cancelled, changed or modified once they are in the production department already. For commercial size tanks, there will be a 10% charge for damages and any subsequent transportation costs.

How do I get my order?We deliver to most parts of Metro Manila (after full payments) while also allowing customers’ pick-up in case they want to inspect their orders ahead of the delivery date. For orders outside of Metro Manila, they are generally for pick-up, although we can recommend outsource trucking for the customers’ consideration.

What does the after sales warranty cover?For storange tanks: Our six month warranty covers defects limited to our workmanship. For pressure tanks: Our three month warranty covers factory defects under normal working conditions. For pumps: One year warranty on pump side and three month warranty on motor side. For membrane tanks: Six months limited warranty provided it is used under normal working conditions. The warranty can be claimed by bringing the product to our dealer (where you purchased the item) or directly to us within the warranty period. In general, the warranty on our products does not accommodate refunds, returns or exchanges for a customer’s change of mind.

On which occasion is the warranty forfeited?The warranty does not cover damages caused by (and not limited to) natural wear and tear, accidental damage, or any form of mishandling and misuse by the customer such as the following: For storage tanks and pressure tanks: - When water being stored has a PH of either less than 5 or more than 9; - When water being stored has a TDS (Totally Dissolve Solid) of more than 1,200 mg/liter; - When leakage and/or corrosion occurs due to lack of maintenance; - When vacuum occurs due to limited airway passage during operations; - When Tank is damaged due to unstable foundations and/or structures For pumps: - Motor burn out – If the motor was burnt out due to high voltage within the main power source, without using a magnetic contactor that controls the flow of current and automatically thrifts off when fluctuation of voltage occurs. - Dry running – If the said water pump runs for a long time but no water is available at the main source. Using a water sensor is highly recommended. For membrane tanks: - If “Pre-Charged” air is not maintained at 19 PSI (in general) or 1 - 2 PSI less than the starting pressure of the pressure switch used in the system; (A quarterly maintenance check should solve this problem) - If Rust formed on the tank outside due to inadequate protection against exposure to natural element/s. - If Vacuum occurs due to wrong installation or due to defective parts within the water system, this usually happens when the tank is installed “considerably” higher than the source. Please do not attempt to repair your item on your own or with a third party; your official warranty with SuperTank International Company will be waived if you do so.

What is Non-Toxic Non-Corrosive Lining for?The application of Non-Toxic Non-Corrosive Lining is highly recommended if the source of water contains corrosive minerals that usually come from deep well water source, or if the tank will be used for salt water, vinegar, chlorine, and/or chemicals, etc.

How to Care for my Water Tank?It is very important to check your water tank for notable changes from time to time. In order to keep your water tank working efficiently, it should be cleaned and maintained at least once a year.
